Celebrating Afro-Futurism in the spirit of "Ubuntu" (I am because you are) through captivating sit-down cultural discussion. This year the Congolese community representing the Democratic Republic of the Congo will be the focus of our cultural dialogue. There are approximately 1,200 Congolese living in Oregon. Explore the rich cultural histories of the African Diaspora and African Americans through thought-provoking conversations, pivotal moments, and inspiring speakers. Foster unity and empowerment in our community through dialogue
and shared experiences.

Enjoy electrifying performances given by the Souls of Africa (Al-kebu-lan)/Diaspora. A gift to the world, a variety of musical genres: Gospel – R&B – Hip Hop – Funk – Afro beats – Drumming etc. Cultural and modern dance that will move your soul
and body. Engage in games, explore cultural vendor booths, and savor the flavors of food from the African Diaspora Collective (African, Caribbean and Soul Food cuisine). With health resources, soccer & basketball tournaments, children activities, and more, this event promises fun, entertainment, and celebration for
the whole family. Join us outdoors to unite, empower, and revel in the spirit of togetherness.
